Paul Lott is the CEO of Paul Lott Corporation (PLC) founded in October 2001. Until 2011, PLC contracted to Fortune 100 and government agencies to provide system design, development, training, and deployment services. Mr. Lott served as executive consultant on multiple projects in pharmaceuticals , regulatory systems, national defense, and civil infrastructure development. During that same time, Mr. Lott worked with NGOs and international agencies in planning and setting up K-12 schools in the countries of West Africa recovering from years of war. As a result of his work, in 2007, Mr. Lott was asked to write a paper by USAID on why U.S. teaching systems and methods were not working in these former war torn countries. In September of that year, Mr. Lott published his paper “Sustainable Education Reform” outlining the weakness of the American education system and for the first time offering innovative ideas to improve education.
Paul has had a long career serving in both senior technical and senior executives positions across a number of industries including medicine, semiconductor design and fabrication, as well as undergraduate and graduate education. Mr. Lott developed and taught graduate level classes at the Defense Systems Management College, now called the Defense Acquistion University (DAU).
Paul is an alumni of Harvard College Class of 1988 where he doubled majored in Computer Science and Engineering Science. He is a published author, father, and Army Veteran.
